1. Here, “to whisk away” is written as 「掠う」, which has the kanji for “pillage/damage” in it. Since this writing is rather atypical, the double meaning is likely intended.
Additionally,「掠う」has the connotation of someone’s time being monopolised, as well as being abducted. It’s safe to say that Yomi fears someone will take Kagura away from her, whether that’s a spectre or a regular human. I believe the context heavily implies the latter.
